As soon as the first man and woman sinned, God said He would send a Saviour to provide a way back to Him. God gave over 300 prophecies to help recognize the Savior. Then He gave us His Laws ,the Ten Commandments, so we would know we need a Saviour.
Some of them are ...
Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Thou shalt not make any graven image.
Thou shalt not take the name of God in vain.
Thou shalt not kill.
Thou shalt not commit adultery - lust is adultery.
Thou shalt not steal.
Thou shalt not bear false witness - to lie.
No one can keep the Ten Commandments. We all break God’s laws and are guilty of wrong doing. We all will be judged for our sins.
The Bible says, the whole world is guilty before God.
